Intro

These are our General Terms & Conditions - included because some smart people told us to, but written to stay simple, flexible, and fair.

These General Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by 9 Dots Ventures Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) to any customer (“you”, “your”).

By accepting a quote, paying an invoice, or issuing a purchase order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide software development, technical, analytical and marketing consulting, and related professional services, as described in a quote or otherwise agreed in writing (including via email or shared documents).

Our services are typically delivered using an iterative and collaborative approach. Requirements, scope, effort estimates, and priorities may evolve as work progresses.

Like most professional services, our work may occasionally be affected by issues, dependencies or interruptions, and we don’t promise everything will always be perfect - but we’ll act reasonably and professionally to address problems as they arise.

2. Fees & Charges

Services are usually billed per man-hour at the rates stated in the quote, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Estimates are not fixed prices unless we clearly say so.

Any third-party costs (including hosting, subscriptions, APIs, AI usage, or infrastructure) require your prior approval before being incurred and invoiced.

3. Invoicing & Payment

Invoices are issued monthly unless stated otherwise.

All invoices are payable within 7 calendar days of the invoice date.

Payments must be made in Singapore Dollars, unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law).

If payment is overdue and we’ve let you know, we may pause work until things are brought up to date.
